1 Introduction & Consent

Okbija (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "okbija") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing okbija's services through this website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

Identity Verification (KYC):

Okbija follows an identity verification process to maintain security and prevent fraud. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required before making a withdrawal or when deposits exceed a certain amount.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use okbija's services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. okbija services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a citizen or resident of a country where online gaming is legally permitted.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your current jurisdiction.
• Anyone on okbija's banned list is not permitted to create an account.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

6 Gaming Rules

All games on okbija are run in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), making any manipulation in favor of any party entirely impossible.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be considered void.
• If your internet connection drops, the game result will be saved on the server.
• Any changes to game rules or payout rates will be communicated in advance.
• The dealer's decision is final in all Live Games.
• Okbija reserves the right to void the outcome of any game affected by a technical error.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Okbija reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• For violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
